What to know before you book an appointment:
We insist that you are under the care of a doctor or midwife. You will need to sign our waiver with your healthcare provider's information.
There is a 40-dollar deposit for all appointments to schedule. Please click the link to pay for your deposit as soon as you have booked the date and time you would like to come. Once your appointment is confirmed you will receive an email confirmation. The remainder of your visit will be paid for in person prior to starting your appointment. All major credit cards, cash, and Venmo are accepted. Click Here to Pay Your Deposit
You will need to acknowledge the waiver below and pick your appointment time. Once you have picked a time that works for you simply scroll down and pay your deposit for the requested services.
Please check in 5-10 minutes early. You will have a few waivers to sign in office and then we will get started.
We require 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, so please call us if you are unable to keep this appointment. All cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will pay half of the original appointment.
Please have something cold & sweet to drink 20-30 minutes before you get to the office to help get the baby moving during the ultrasound. Ice water and a protein snack will work if you are diabetic.
Avoid a heavy meal in favor of a light snack before the scan because it may put the baby to sleep
Drink plenty of water even several days before your appointment including the day of your ultrasound.
Please bring a valid photo ID and proof of prenatal care to your appointment.
